We are a 501-c, non-profit organization, founded by Dr. William A Olivos and his wife, Susan Olivos. Together they strongly believe that one of the strongest roots of poverty is the lack of education. They decided to open up the foundation upon opening up their medical optometry practice in 2004, to give back to the world and help those in need.
