  1. A WORKSHOP will be conducted for the

  2. annual meeting of Amnesty International.

  3. The workshop will cover a brief introduction to Islam, human rights, and Islamophobia. It will be held on April 24, 2010 at 1:30pm in Wilson Hall at Vanderbilt University by Dr. Awadh Binhazim.

Our aim is to EXCEL in providing innovative educational programs and outreach services to promote an authentic and comprehensible understanding of Islam and Muslims to the public.

  1. A weekly halaqah (lecture/discussion) is currently being held by the MALAYSIAN Students Association at Vanderbilt University. God willing, Olive Tree Education will help with delivering some of the lectures.
